1.Scope of application：
     This Policy applies to “SINOTRUK” engine collocated on CNHTC vehicles.
     The customers of CNHTC enjoy this policy based on their own free will.
2. Definition：
    1). Appointed service centres of Jinan Fuqiang Power Co.,Ltd: These service centers are CNHTC engaged service agencies who signed agreement with Jinan Fuqiang power Co., Ltd(hereafter “JFP”) and are authorized by JFP. JFP has trained the relevant persons of these Service Centres to enable them to have ability to eva luate the old engines and provide the correlative service. JFP takes priority of choosing its appointed service center among Level A and 4S Service Centers of CNHTC.
    2) JFP engine: The engines that JFP remanufacture by its advanced technology.
    3) New engine: The engines that is installed on the vehicles by Jinan Truck of CNHTC.
    4) Remanufactured crankshaft on JFP remanufactured engine: The crankshaft is the remanufactured ones on JFP remanufactured engines on which all the other parts can be completely interchanged with the parts of new engines except crankshaft and main bearing shell.
    5) New crankshaft on JFP engine: Crankshaft on JFP engine and matches with new engine.All the parts on this engine are interchanged with the ones of new engine.
3. Preferential Policy：
    The direct customers who apply to this Policy can enjoy the cost prices of remanufacture engine (RMB:Yuan) according to the following price list.

Remark：
1). The above prices are delivered ones, meaning the prices are those that the remanufactured engines arrives at JFP Appointed Service Centers.
2). The old engine must be returned to JFP service center and JFP will get reasonable charge according to the running time and situation (for example, the damaged condition and if there is short of part). Please refer to “Callback regulation and standards for Old Engine”.
3). Man-hour of changing & assembling the engine for the customers, oil charge, fluid charge and consumable material cost are not included in the above prices.
4. Maintenance and service policy
　Warranty Period and mileage of remanufactured engine is as below：
　　1). The Warranty Period and the mileage of the key parts, important parts and the basic parts of the remanufactured engines is 12 months or 100,000 kilometers.
　　2). Other maintenance stipulation follows “Maintenance Stipulation of Remanufactured Engine of CNHTC”.
　　3). You will constantly enjoy the service of the “Intimate” Outspread Service Policy as long as you are the customer of JFP remanufactured engine.
Maintenance Service:
       CNHTC current service network and the service of remanufacture engine will be resource sharing, and the customers can enjoy the “Intimate” service at any appointed service centers of CNHTC.Supplies of spare parts and fittings. During Warranty Period, the customers will get free spare parts and service according to the relevant maintenance service stipulation. If out of the Warranty Period, the customers will still buy the authentic parts at the lowest price byCNHTC sales nework.
5. Relevant stipulation:
　The customers who are willing to exchange the engine, according to the below conditions, may enjoy this policy.
Must be confirmed by CNHTC. After they buy the vehicle made in CNHTC, the customers will input the engine number and other relevant information of this vehicle on CNHTC website, and after getting the response of “logging on successfully”, the customer are qualified by CNHTC.
6. Others：
   1). The relevant stipulation on the remanufacture engine of JFP is the annex of this Policywith which will be together executed.
   2). The Policy will be valid from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.
